RCAM reaches out to people of rural Maine who are in need and assists them to help themselves Volunteer opportunities: Housing program, rural youth services, gardening, migrant health, outreach, elderly visitors. Required training: General, then specific, provided. Time requirement: Variable and flexible. Usually 2-6 hrs. per month.
